1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 1Win platform, including the website, mobile applications and all related services (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Win reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account.
You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
You may only hold one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed without notice and all funds forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To use the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method.

1Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe or provides false information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the initial deposit wherever possible.
We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
Processing times vary by payment method: e-wallets are typically processed within 1 hour; bank transfers may take up to 5 business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific promotional terms applicable to that offer. 1Win reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in an abusive manner or in breach of these Terms.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only.
Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Creating or using multiple accounts.
Making chargebacks or reversing transactions fraudulently.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software and game content, is the property of 1Win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written consent from 1Win.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1Win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or technical failures.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1Win holds its gaming licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
